Gopala is a doctoral student in Public Administration and Government at the São Paulo School of Business Administration, Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV EAESP). Her research examines climate uncertainty and data production across centers of expertise and grassroots organizations. She holds a doctoral fellowship from the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP), affiliated with the FGV Earth Center.
