Iosepho Cavaliere is a Research Fellow with the Program on Science, Technology & Society at the Harvard Kennedy School. His research examines how numbers intersect with political decision-making and how knowledge is produced and mobilised for political purposes. His current work focuses on migration and labour statistics, exploring how the measurement and classification of skills and mobility shape policy and the circulation of talent.

Alongside his academic work, Iosepho is Director of the Brain Circulation Lab, an independent institute focused on global skills mapping and the future of work. The Lab works with governments and NGOs to identify emerging workforce needs and inform the development of migration and labour policy.
