Justin is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Anthropology at the University of Lethbridge. His ethnographic research focuses on the politics of protected areas and community-based conservation in Tanzania. He completed his PhD in anthropology at McGill University and undertook a postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard’s Program on Science, Technology, and Society in 2022.
