Justin Wong is a PhD student in Science, Technology and Policy Studies at the Harvard Kennedy School, as well as a JD student in Harvard Law School. He is interested in concepts of international society, global order, and the world, given his upbringing in Hong Kong. His doctoral research will explore how science and technology interact with these world-making concepts through framings of competition, aid, and collaboration both in the past and today.
