Krystian Łukasik is a PhD candidate in Sociology at the University of Warsaw and an Advisor at the Polish Economic Institute, where he works in the Department of the Digital Economy. His doctoral research focuses on how competing visions of the future influence the development of digital public policy in Poland. Specifically, he investigates how imaginaries held by state institutions, technology companies, and civil society actors intersect, compete, and shape national digital strategies.
