Krystian Łukasik is a PhD candidate in Sociology at the University of Warsaw, a Fellow in the Program on Science, Technology, and Society at Harvard Kennedy School, and an Advisor at the Polish Economic Institute. His doctoral research focuses on how competing visions of the future shape digital public policy in Poland.
