Brice Laurent is a graduate student at the ‘Corps des Mines’ in Paris and employed by the French state ministry of industry. He has previously studied the role of consulting companies in industrial research and works now on nanotechnology and public policy, with a special interest on public engagement. He is interested in the ways public approaches are framed in the US and France. Brice holds a M.Sc. from the Ecole des Mines de Paris and a M.A. from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales in Paris, both with high honors.
